Its a "All my myself" Sunday.
Went to church alone, had lunch in Delifrance alone, went shopping alone, packed the house alone...I don't like loneliness.
I enjoyed my sandwich and coffee at the deli, accompanied by today's Sunday Times. It slowed down my hectic liefstyle immediately - there is no rush, no worries and no busy thoughts running through my head. No need to listen to anyone or respond to anybody. It was pretty cool!
An old couple sat next to me, throughout the meal, they didn't say a single word to each other. It seems as if they were there alone, with their food and papers...just like me. At that point, I wished that when I grow old, I still have lots to share with my hubby. Suddenly I felt lonely.. how I wished Dearie will be back soon.
In order to cheer myself up, I then decide to go shopping! Bought new cosmetics and a dress! Very satisfied!
Was wondering what should I do back home since Dearie will be sleeping. Rather than sleep through Sunday afternoon, I cleared my make-up box,packed my room and organised my bills. After many hours, Dearie is still sleeping...its now down to me and my laptop...
This loneliness is not gonna last for long as he is coming back soon. I'll probably have no chance to feel lonely when he is back as there are lots places we want to go, things we want to and not fogetting, preparation for the Big Day. Probably by then, I will miss "loneliness"..hahaha... the grass is always greener on the other side :-)
