Made our first "major" purchase today... a Queen Sized Bed and a super solid mattress!
Dearie said to go ahead and use the money in our joint account to pay for it and I asked him what if I were to use the money to buy another Gucci bag.. he said its ok too! Wah, how generous... when most of the money belongs to him.
The feeling was great, knowing that I am entitled to use HIS money. :P
Will be travelling in 3 weeks time and for the next 2 weekends, I will have to spend time tidying up my bedroom and throwing out the unwanted stuff to make space for the new bed.
Will also need to shop for the mattress protector, quilt and bedsheets soon ...
BUT for this coming Saturday, its javanese massage and hair treatment first :-)
